说明
2个库都有com_appendix、com_file、undo_log表
com_appendix和undo_log必须每个数据库都有，若你想让新建的服务独一一个数据库，也需要保证新建的数据库有这2张表。
com_file必须存在于acuity_defautls 和 acuity_base，前者是因为需要记录defautls库的数据，后者是记录每个租户租户的数据。
2个库都有字典(base_dict、def_dict)、参数（base_parameter、def_parameter）、员工表(base_employee、def_user_tenant_rel)
- 员工表存在2张表是为了方便查询，因为某些情况下只能查询默认库的员工表，base_employee记录完整的员工信息，def_user_tenant_rel只记录员工、用户、租户之间的关系。
- 参数和字典表是想要实现：当租户自定义的数据时，显示租户自定义的数据；当租户没有自定义数据时，显示默认的全局数据。所以在base和defaults存放2张一样的表。
